Delivery & Returns

Our plants are delivered in our specially designed transport boxes which hold the plants firmly whilst allowing them to breathe.

If goods are damaged in transit report this to us and the courier immediately by telephone fax or email and confirm it in writing

We cannot accept responsibility if not notified on day of delivery.
On receipt of goods open packaging and allow the plants light.
